I was born in Grenoble, France where I graduated with a master degree in German and English.
My expat life started in 86 in Atlanta USA Where I met a French guy called JC, I eventually married. In 89 and 90 I gave birth to our children, Adrien and Elodie. At the same time JC got hooked on golf and I realized I would quickly become a golf widow If I would not start getting some interest in golfing.
I only had time to obtain a golfing certificate at the Golf National in Paris in 92, when JC was posted in Saudi Arabia, so I remained an occasional golfer until we joined Riffa golf club in Bahrain in 2000.
When we moved to Dubai in 2006, we chose to live at the Ranches, because we had chosen to join the ARGC…I never regretted that choice.
I am working as a primary school teacher at the French School in Dubai and I love that job.
For me golf is a sport, a leisure and a social activity. I feel honored to become Lady Captain, and I’ll try my best to do as well as Adrienne, Fortuna, Adele and Sheila.
